We welcome you to participate in the brand new PPO Preferred Vendor Program, which begins with the 2010 state convention of Professional Photographers of Oregon.  This extremely valuable event will be held in Troutdale, Oregon just outside Portland.
 
The Trade Show will be held Tuesday February 9th from 6:00 to 10:00 pm at McMenamins Edgefield, 2126 SW Halsey St. Troutdale, OR 97060.  Extra efforts are being made to attract a big turnout, including munchies, a no-host bar, and an open invitation to the public.
 
PREFERRED VENDORS PROGRAM
The Preferred Vendors Program recognizes that vendors in the photographic industry are a vital part of the creative team.  As such, PPO has crafted a program designed to bring attention to our valued vendors year-round, rather than only at specific PPO convention trade-shows.  The vendor program also offers exceptional value and flexible payments.
 
 
VALUES OF THE PREFERRED VENDOR PROGRAM
1.  Your participation in the PVP  is based on an annual membership.
2.  Your membership automatically includes your display booth at both the February and June conventions at a very economical cost.
3.  As a PVP vendor, you and one of your associates will receive free access to all of the training classes at the February and June events.
4. Your company will receive a link on the official PPO website.
5. You will receive access to the PPO membership roster.
6.  You may provide brochures or other promotional materials that PPO will distribute to participants in monthly training sessions that take place throughout the state.
7.  One-on-one access to top photographic professionals throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.
8.  Access to your booth at the trade show will also be open and promoted to the general public, to expand your potential clients even more.  We also strongly encourage you to promote the PPO event as much as possible through your own business, to bring in as many people as possible.
 
 
 
 
ECONOMICAL AND EASIER THAN EVER
The Preferred Vendor Program is a great deal.  All these features for a full year are easily worth in excess of $1,000.  However, the annual 2010 PVP membership for our two events  is only $499.  To make it even easier for you in this challenging economy, you are welcome to split up your fee into quarterly credit card payments of just $124.75 each.  Should you wish to participate only at the February 2010 event with a table but not the PVP membership, the registration fee is $399.  Should registrants wish an additional table, the fee is $199 extra.  No shared booths.
